Last week, the Executive Board of EurECCA, the European Cabin Crew Association, represented by its President Cas Voskuyl, Vice-President Joachim Vázquez Bürger, and Secretary-General Xavier Gautier, met with the European Commission’s DG EMPL in Brussels.

In this Position Paper EurECCA points out the challenges regarding unruly passengers in Civil Aviation and makes recommendations to effectively address the issue. However, this will take a comprehensive approach involving multiple stakeholders.
