For 11 years, the European Cabin Crew Association has stood as the strong and united voice of cabin crew across Europe.

Through commitment, resilience, and passion, EurECCA has worked tirelessly to defend our rights, improve our working conditions, and ensure that cabin crew are represented where it matters most – at the European level.

Today, we celebrate more than an anniversary: we celebrate a journey of solidarity, advocacy, and progress. The challenges ahead remain significant, but together, we are stronger – and ready to shape the future of our profession.
